The Physics Learning Center (PLC) has an application process to help determine which PLC resources best fit your needs. It includes learning about the general aspects of our program, filling out and submitting an application, and participating in a short meeting to go over your application. We encourage you to apply early to get the maximum benefit of being a part of our community. Note that all PLC activities for the spring of 2021 will be held online.
If you are interested in joining the PLC, please:

- Download the PLC Application PDF.
- Complete the form including the table for your class, volunteer and work schedule. Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (using comments) or similar software to fill out the form. Alternatively print, complete, and scan the application using a scan-to-PDF app–make sure you have good lighting.
- Upload the completed PDF file (below) with both pages in the same file. Please keep the file as small as possible – less that a few MB’s (in Adobe Acrobat choose save as w/ reduce size)
A staff member will contact you to confirm your submission and set up a virtual meeting to go over your application.
