To join the Physics Learning Center (PLC) please follow the instructions below. We encourage you to apply early so you can learn about PLC resources and get the maximum benefit of being a part of our community.
If you are interested in joining the PLC, please:
- Check out the FAQ section of our website.
- For Fall 2024, download the PLC Application for Fall 2024 (PDF). To avoid delays, please submit your application using the link below.
- Complete the form including the table for your class, volunteer and work schedule. Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (using comments) or similar software to fill out the form. Alternatively print, complete, and scan the application using a scan-to-PDF app–make sure you have good lighting.
- Upload the completed PDF file through our application upload page with both pages in the same file. Please keep the file as small as possible – less that a few MB’s (in Adobe Acrobat choose “save as” w/ reduce size option selected).
A staff member will contact you to confirm your submission. Upload the application by using the application submission page. If you have not heard back from us in 2-3 days or have questions, please contact us at plc@physics.wisc.edu.
